A licence to use Soundboy Selecta on Macs you own or control. You do not buy the software itself or its source code. The licence is personal and non-transferable, and does not permit you to redistribute, resell, rent, or publish the application or any part of it.
This application moves, copies and deletes audio files on your computer, and can write tags into them. That is its purpose. Keep backups of your music library.
It is built to be careful — it never overwrites an existing file, it verifies a move before removing the original, deletions go to the macOS Trash rather than being erased, and every action can be undone within a session. None of that is a substitute for a backup.
Turning on the phone and iPad remote opens a web server on your local network. Anyone on that network who has the pairing code can control the application and move your files. You are responsible for deciding which networks that is acceptable on.
Your licence includes updates within the major version you bought. Future major versions may be a paid upgrade. Nothing you have already bought stops working when a new version ships.
If it does not do what this website says it does, email within 30 days and you get your money back. No argument. Where local consumer law gives you more than that, local law wins.
The software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited to what you paid for the licence. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
This application includes open-source components under their own licences, which continue to apply to those components.
These terms may change for future purchases. The terms you agreed to at the time of your purchase continue to apply to that purchase.
